The Reigning Champion: Leigh Broadway
Leigh Broadway is famous for it's independent shops and restaurants. And rightly so, with legends like Stop the World Café, Corner Club, Brunch & Co and Squeeze amidst hot newcomers Pasta Nostra, Alchemy and Franks - what more could a Foodie want? You've got brunch options and dinner classics galore, including some Leigh's finest Asian restaurants in Manoly's. Oh and we intend to bring you reviews of the jolly lot.
But it's not that simple...
The Underdog - Leigh Road
A hop and a skip past The Grand and you'll find yourself in Leigh's most up and coming foodie district, Leigh Road. Flanked by meat lover's paradise Henry Burgers and (at the literal opposite end of the road and scale) The Oak Tree (vegan) you've got everything on the culinary spectrum in between. Millie's Deli, Featherblade, The Artisan Market, CULT coffee and the poshest grub in LOS at Food by John Lawson. Brunch options are aplenty with new additions Egg Bros complimenting insta faves Toppers & Toast. Bubbles are also a strong theme, with 2 new bubble tea places as well as Ru's Bubble Waffles.
Who gets your vote? Personally we think Leigh Road deserves crowning glory.
But let's face it, it's all about where you can nab a parking space. Am i right?!
